Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Seshori by tattoo studios ("studios"). 1. Service. Seshori provides software for booking requests, appointments, messages and payment matching. Studios remain responsible for their contracts with their clients, prices, deposits, cancellation rules and tattoo services. 2. Accounts. Studios keep login data confidential and are responsible for actions of their team members. 3. Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe directly into the studio's own Stripe account; bank transfers go to the studio's own bank account. Seshori does not hold client funds. 4. Subscription. Plans are billed monthly after the free trial and can be cancelled at the end of each billing period. 5. Data protection. Tuan Anh Chu processes client data on behalf of the studio (data processing agreement, Art. 28 GDPR). 6. Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 7. Liability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health and essential contractual obligations. Contact: [email protected]
