Do I have to give up Instagram?
No. Your link goes in your bio and your chats. You can keep talking to clients on Instagram or Zalo – Seshori keeps the request, appointment and deposit together.
What does Seshori cost?
Free during the pilot. After that a fixed monthly price that we tell you well in advance. Payment providers charge their own fees.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients book through your link with their name and contact details. They get a private link to their booking – no password needed.
Can Seshori replace booking through Instagram DMs?
Yes, for the booking part. Put your link in your bio; clients send complete requests instead of scattered messages. You can still chat on Instagram whenever you like.
How does Seshori reduce no-shows?
A deposit secures every appointment, clients get automatic reminders, and your own cancellation and rescheduling rules are shown before they book.
How do deposits reach me?
Straight to your account: by card in Europe or by VietQR bank transfer in Vietnam. Seshori matches each payment to the right appointment.
Can I sell flash or ready-made designs at a fixed price?
Yes. Ready-made designs have their own price, duration and link. Clients pick a free slot and pay the deposit straight away.
Does it work for solo artists and for studios?
Both. Solo artists keep everything in one place; studios add artists and rooms, assign requests and see one shared calendar.
Can clients upload reference images?
Yes. References arrive with the request and stay in the project together with your design versions.
Which languages do my clients see?
Your booking page works in German, English and Vietnamese. Clients see it in their language.
Is there an app?
Seshori runs in the browser and can be installed on your phone like an app, with notifications for new requests.
Who can see my clients' data?
Only you and your team. Seshori does not sell data, and Discover only shows work you choose to publish.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your clients and payments at any time.
